Applicable Law
By visiting cac-group.com, you agree that any dispute in connection with this agreement including its validity, interpretation performance or breach shall be resolved in (Chicago, Illinois) pursuant to and the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. Recipient hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the courts to the State of Illinois, in the city of Chicago and waives any objection to the venue laid therein for any dispute in connection with this memo.
